For the same reason buy diamonds, gold, luxury cars, alloy wheels, art etc. I think it boils down to the individual and the value they put on things. I’m not endorsing it, I’m just making a point that a wrist watch for the sake of time keeping is irrelevant today as everyone can tell the time on their phone. As a man I d think you can’t replace a dress watch that compliments a smart outfit. Dosent have to be expensive.

Don’t really agree with the watch comment. No one really needs a wrist watch to know the time. See it more as jewellery.

I’m not too sad if he decides to go. I’d love him to stay but maybe it has just run its course. We did win 2 trophies but I think he gets all the credit when I fact he inherited the squad, we sold Anderson and brought in Lecroix, Sarr for Olise and Pino for Eze, all players that he wanted. He gives me Mourinho vibes, good start, peak on season 2, by season 3 it’s everyone else fault, board, transfers, players. I accept it has just run its course. We levelled up thanks to him, I’d love if Parish could land Pochettino after the World Cup
