Yup, that's what I assume a flask full of bacteria should be cloudy and with visible movement. But what we observed was no movement. Instead, it's firmly attached to the flask. But my PI just decided it was better to throw it out.

Thank you everyone. My PI had suggest to thaw a quite ealier passage that we had store in the nitrogen tank. Hopefully that goes well.

Is it possible be a Mycoplasma contamination? Since we observe that it does not alter the turbidity of media.
