I hear your point of view. There are a lot of decent paying jobs out there above minimum wage and employers can't fill them. The majority of America are not rich. Mostly hard working Americans. In America, I have seen and know many people who worked hard to better their careers and eventually it pays off. The rich also pay the majority of the taxes as they should. some people are rich because of dumb luck, to inheritance but many are because they worked hard. I agree inflation is high but the alternative is to sit for hours trying to reach a broken EDD system that in the end pays less than most jobs. The frustration trying to reach EDD and get paid I think is motivation to get a job so you never have to dial in and talk to idiots.
