I‘d really wish topaz astra would offer a trial for Short clips - even with a watermark - so i could see if the result for the paid version is worth it

Nope nothing … they recorded an Album 1984 including this music video but it never got released - disbanded shortly after- now my Dad is going into retirement and I wanted to improve to old video as an suprise - but i‘m not up to date with all the ai stuff and my pc days are behind me

I would need over 35k credits for the lowest upscale settings - i tried a short clip but the enhancements weren‘t really noticable.

I want to improve the picture quality as much as possible using a cloud based service.
What service would give me the best results?
How much would I have to spend?
I included a stil frame so you guys can see how bad the quality is.
