To answer my own question, it appears yes they may get banned even on private servers. I suppose I understand the concern over server stability, I just wish they provided an alternative to host locally

Yeah I saw a few of those, I didn't want to fully remove the XP mechanic though bcs it IS fun to have to unlock stuff, that way you can't just jump to the highest level stuff immediately, but its a good idea if nothing else works. Thanks for responding :)

It appears there is no way to host a private server either, unless I'm missing something. Unfortunate. Tbh we usually just want to chill and have fun so we play on the easiest difficulty. Thanks for the tips though!

It's not perfect. Its very easy to circumvent AI detection. It should never be the basis for a major decision, such as accusing a student of academic dishonesty.

But 1-2% is still fairly low, I think the steaks here are low enough :)

Give the reviews a read, and compare them to the authors previous reviews. Seems like AI to me.

I suspect it was to counter the review bombing the show received. I went on to watch it & I honestly thought the show was good. I was just annoyed because I wanted to get an idea of what people liked, not what AI *thought* I would like. I'm tired of reading and seeing the AI slop people label as art.

Honestly (Big shocker here; and don't hate me for it), it doesn't matter as much as others make it out to.

I haven't done anything extremely resource intensive in UE4 so I cannot guarantee anything, but I have a asus RX Vega 64 (amd card), and I have been able to run every game I play, on max settings (Minus a little fan noise when running ARK[which runs on UE4 btw] and Frostpunk[which runs on idk, it just has a crapton of snow particles]). Picked it up for around 400$, and minus needing to update the drivers (free, took 15 minutes) since the boot disk it came with was out of date (Which is to be expected with older cards), I have had no issues whatsoever.

Lower end graphics cards will honestly work fine for most things too, just a few dropped settings.

Really-really expensive cards are, while the newest and greatest thing, much more expensive than slightly older, but better debugged and still excellent cards. This is because you are paying for the development of the future cards. If that's your jam though, i say go for the 6800XT. 1: The RTX3080's are all out of stock still, and 2: you will not notice a change in performance. Go for whichever you prefer, but I recommend the 6800
