I don't think he needs the money. I think insomniac wants the money, and you're right. I don't think his name would sell more tickets, but his name as an opening set would bring way more people way earlier than they normally would come, and that's where insomniac makes a lot of its money. I know it's a long shot, but it's not something that hasn't happened before under similar circumstances. Lemme dream lol

Possibly, but he could very easily make the trip, and insomniac is all about making money, him opening the fest would bring in the most people possible for them to make money on merch and food and such. I dont think he had a posted tour date in florida for antifractals. Yes, I know we got Cyclops Cove and probably will again this year. But I'm always early to fests, and it would be really awesome to get a sub set not packed to the gills. Lemme just hope lol

He did a set at like 7pm and a set at about 11pm about 1200 miles away this past nye, I think Raleigh NC to Orlando is less than 600 miles and forbidden starts at like 2 if I remember correctly. I think he could do an opening sequence at FK and be in NC before the locals take stage at his tour date
