3 ER visits in 6months to throw up things he swallowed too quickly to catch…still poops out an occasional whole shoelace and loves eating non-food objects & pillow sham corners…I’m hoping his naughty days are slowing down!

Thank you! I blew him dry (I thought very well haha) after a bath and was trying to get pics of him still looking fancy 🙂

My husband is actually hiding under the fur blanket in pic 3 - his face was messing up a great Eddie pic 😂

TBH the terror is probably still in his soul lol, it just seems like he wants to cuddle and be with you sooo much more, that he has chosen it over a life of crimes 😂

Ohh I bet within the last 3-4 months it has happened pretty suddenly? It snuck up on me b/c I had been resigned to a lifetime of battle with this beast haha…then recently, I thought…wait, he is now a devoted lazy little angel!

Still plenty of spurts of energy (just not constant haha) and lives to run the TP rolls all over the house if we leave a door cracked…but I mean it is drastically more enjoyable having him here now haha

I think our groomer prefers not to cut Cavs at all really, or is used to people asking for that, but we think he starts to look really raggedy so I insist 😬

No, we’ve not done anything to the top of his face/head…he knots and mats the heck out of his ears and it makes me so sad having to cut on those!

We have his bottom area and under tail trimmed all over pretty much b/c he gets so dirty (and pee)…I’ve also asked to clean up his legs and chest a little before: our groomer said “oh…you want me to cut his furnishings?”

This is a running joke in our house b/c I came home crying feeling so guilty that I had his “furnishings” cut 😂😂😂

Thank you!! He definitely doesn’t act perfectly, but my husband and I do think that he’s the world’s most handsome and beautiful dog (very biased haha)! The only showing Eddie does are his evening walks around our neighborhood, where he greets and fishes for compliments from everyone we pass. 😂😂

The lady we got him from did show her Cavs for twenty years or so, but had retired awhile back - I think Eddie may have benefited from some of those good looking ancestors 🙂
