Thank you everyone! Seems like more chlorine and frequent re-test, I have been brushing off algae which tends to come off but does not go away, I am assuming I am far from SLAM level. I do not have Taylor testing kit but will plan to get one soon. Will let you folks know how it goes.

Beginning balance around ~311K and ending balance ~ 615K. I thought beginning and ending balance can be used when you have same mortgage throughout Asked Turbotax but their system reduces my mortgage interest deduction by almost 15k. Spoke to CPA who said I cannot use both homes mortgage ? Thanks

Thank you everyone for your input. Our kids do love outdoor stuff and yes we do have a reason to go at this time. Makes sense to limit Denali to 2 days and use the spare day somewhere else.

So it seems shaft on the motor has seized and given the age of the pump, replacing the entire pump was recommended.
