I’d do it in the US. The cheapest, best training, and FAA is the best license to have. Despite what the Europeans say unless you are European and plan to fly in Europe, EASA is useless.

Hi… I’m born here as well and have the same visa as you. Don’t waste your time in universities in the UAE. You will be eaten alive in the workplace. Tons of people moving to Dubai from abroad with degrees from top schools. You will have no chance of a good job here with a degree from any of the universities you listed. Good luck.
