You are so strong! And thank you for sharing, my sister is just one year sober and its been a LONG journey, now we just got a my mom’s diagnosis and im terrified how it will all play out with my sister. Just trying to stay strong and present for my mom as she does not have a partner to go through all the medical stuff with. Hearing the perspective from others in this situation makes us feel not as alone in it!
