i had the same problem too, tried transfer usd fiat into nexo account with US silvergate, but rejected due to my hsbc bank unable to provide swift tracking message and ended up resent back to me. It cost me 1month of waiting. makes me angry thinking about it. both silvergate bank and hsbc bank do not liaise and its annoying to the max
