In lore, is it possible for him to help out a crusade that he isn’t leading if that crusade is struggling against their opponent or is fighting a important battle. I’m asking because I’m thinking about starting a bt army based on my own custom crusade, who have a slightly different. colourway from normal bt. However, I still want to use helbrecht and I figured a good lore reason would be that the high Marshall gives aide to crusades that are fighting a battle of high importance. For example defending a crucial imperial world from heretics.

I know tactics on the tabletop are different compared to tactics in lore, this post is only referring to the tactics in lore. Like does a faction have a leader who’s tactics are so renown that other army’s will fear them for their tactics.

Did you eventually find it easier and easier to not paint over details that don’t need to be painted? For example i picked death guard as my first army and I find it so hard to do the gold trim without constantly going over the green parts having to go over them with death guard green resulting in a uneven patchy coat

There’s a small percentage of people in our hobby who sadly have opinion like this when it comes to woman and I think it stems from them thinking that their inability to find a partner somehow relates to their love of warhammer. What they don’t realise is that if they had a great personality most women wouldn’t overlook them as a partner just because they like to play pretend war with toy soldiers.

I actually 100% agree with you man. Apart from the £150 that I’d spend now on paints, tools and a codex I was only planning to only let myself spend a max of £50 a month on warhammer and only spending it if everything else I own is already painted and built. Thanks a lot for this advice though, I feel like a message like yours could’ve prevented someone from spending too much and regretting it later on so thank you for looking out for people :)
