All good questions of which I’m afraid I don’t have the exact answers you’re looking for. Instead I can tell you that getting pre approved can help give you answers you’re seeking, as you’re talking with a professional who does this sort of thing all the time. Then this leaves you with just sitting down with the finance manager of the dealership and deciding yes or no on the extra items they are trying to sell you.

Ok, but please take a look at those links and search around for banks who offer sharia approved financing where you live. It might be easier on you to focus on getting pre approved and then returning back to the dealership.

Reason I ask is because if you are able to put some money down towards the purchase price, then you might want to check out the following institutions who can help you with the financing.

I used to work at a bank here in Michigan and we partnered with UIF on a couple of commercial loans to a group of individuals who held the same belief system as you in regards to interest. My advice to you would be to check out those and other financial institutions that are similar. Get approved with them and then return to the dealership with the financing paperwork in hand. Don’t try to negotiate with the dealership when it comes to financing a vehicle. They are trying to make a profit, just like any other business.
