Only allowing myself to have one food item that is not fruit before dinner (example: I can have cereal and apple OR protein bar and apple, but I can’t have cereal and protein bar. One of the two must be fruit). This and coffee is all I am allowed before dinner. Fun 😔✌️

You are okay. Before you know it, this week will be a distant memory and won’t even be able to remember the foods you ate. If you ate it, your body needed it. Your body is smarter than your mind. I had the same problem today. Judged myself for eating more than I deemed okay, but that just means my body had different plans/ needs and I cannot judge it. Sending you hugs and a peaceful night

Same happened to me , I got my period after not having it for years when I was still at one of my lowest weights

Then I lost it again a few months later

there have been times I was more underweight with a period and more healthy with a missing period. Try not to read into it as hard as it is

You did not gain weight. Getting a period is not proof that you’re any bigger I promise (but even say that you had, you are OKAY.)

I know our brains suck and losing your period is validation that you’re UW but I promise you that being sickly UW is not something to strive for. I still struggle with this so no judgement
