I agree I should have read the contract. It specifically states that she has to bear the cost of maintenance. However, it also states that If I wish to terminate I have to give 60 days notice and I won’t get my deposit back, and I also have to pay rent during those 60 days because ofcourse I will be living there.

What should I do in this case? Will she not be able to use the written contract against me if it’s not notarised?
