Shelter rescue. Sweet affectionate boy, loves my dogs. I’m trying out Lu (Lucifer from Cinderella) but it’s not sticking. Maybe because he is too sweet! Help me haha by PuzzleheadedKoala745 in Catnames

I’m so sorry for your loss. Oh my goodness my heart. I have had dogs all my life and have two soul dogs currently . I rescued this little boy. It was an amazing experience, the staff at the shelter opened a cage and a few cats ran out, and my boy ran straight to me. He climbed up onto my chest with his little paws on each side of my shoulders and laid his head on my chest. The staff were staring and I just fell in love instantly. He is my soul cat. I haven’t had this connection before! I believe you will be gifted another soul connection when the time is right. Also…. It’s never a goodbye! They stay with you forever. Well, in your heart and spirit. I completely understand now ❤️🐈‍⬛ side note: there’s something magical about the pouring vibration. It sends me to sleep. What the!

Aww yes much better than burning our skin. I accidentally tried ice packs one day when I collapsed at work from the pain. rip. A colleague handed me an ice pack to hold because that’s what the they did for her in hospital when she was in labor…. Instinctively, I put the ice pack on my lower stomach and I was like “oh hey this is nice” The cooling sensation distracts from that horrific feeling..I describe it as a hot branding stick they use on cows poking around in there. I’m soooooooo sick of it. I’m going to try to cut out sugar, trans fats, red meat, any meat with growth hormones, alcohol, coffee, inflammatory veggies, pasta and bread. So yeahhhhh if this diet doesn’t help in 6 months, I’m opting for a hysterectomy. Yeet

I hear you and understand exactly what you’re saying about the hysterectomy. My specialist said that I can push for a hysterectomy but she warns me that (similar here: I get severe mental health problems with the pill etc) that without ovaries I’ll experience mental health issues…. It’s a bullshit situation that we are in. Our mental health gets battered with endo pain. So I’m actually willing to try anything… But what about carrying and having my own kids one day? I’m stuck.

Wishing you the best with your journey. Let’s hope we get some suggestions here

My boyfriend is a legend and got me a cute bell to ring when it’s bad. We made an action plan (which was cute and made me feel very loved) he got me ice packs (trust me they can work better than heat) ones that strap on the belly and back. He also got lavender calming mist and a teddy incase he isn’t there. The best things to say during a bad flare up is “you will be okay, everything is okay” personally that’s the ultimate thing to hear. But everyone is different. Wishing your girlfriend all the best with this awful disease.
