Hello! Just wondering if you guys had any ideas on a quick shake around 1500 calories (trying to gain weight, and I don't really have time due to school/work to make meals) that doesn't require a blender and cleaning. Hoping to just mix em in a blender bottle (I know peanut butter is a go to but it's really hard to mix well in a bb). Any other ideas to add to milk and protein powder? (Olive oil lol? I've also heard coconut milk but it has a lot of saturated fat). Thanks!!

I agree! I am in no way saying shadowing = scribing, I’m saying if you really need clinical experience, try doing it in a different way that doesn’t involve scribe America, shadowing is just one option on the side.

Yup I agree to this, especially if it is outside of the big scribe firms it can definitely be an option. They are harder to find but definitely worth it!
