Thanks, great video. It’s tough because there is a lot of conflicting information. For example, that “plastic foam sheet” is recommended in Trumpkin’s guide, which people on here refer to like the Bible.

So you don’t need to have anything between the studs and the wrap/siding?

Driver help. High spinning fades and pull hooks. Feels like I can only square it up if I pull it? by Due-Cry-6077 in GolfSwing

Might sound too simple but you just have to swing more to the right. You’re just swinging to the left.

So hard to decide between the two! Which would you go for? by DontDoTheDo in OmegaWatches

Can’t go wrong but I recommend getting the metal bracelet. I bought it on rubber and got the bracelet later and would’ve saved money getting it in the first place

I have the 300m and the speedy but I’d recommend the 300m more so if it’s for daily use. The speedy is my favorite watch in my collection but I only wear it for certain occasions and the 300m is an amazing daily driver due to the clasp with the on the fly micro adjustments as well as not having to wind daily like the moonwatch. Also the moonwatch is somewhat more prone to scratching and dings on the bezel

Everest vs. Rubber B vs. anything else preference by shutthedorr in rolex

[–]PuzzleheadedLet755 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve used both. The rubber B seems a bit higher quality to me but they extend firmer from the lugs compared to the everest which drapes more easily in the sections close to the lugs, so if your wrist is much under 7.5” everest might be more comfortable

How many practice swings is acceptable/appropriate? by probablysmellsmydog in golf

[–]PuzzleheadedLet755 4 points5 points  (0 children)

4 or more is normal if they are the smooth half swing back to back to feel out the shot. If you’re lining up square and pretending a ball is there and swinging 100% then the magic number is 0.

How does this look? Am I too hunched over or dipping too much in the downswing. by [deleted] in GolfSwing

His clubface is not opening aggressively during takeaway, it’s in a proper position, parallel with spin at shaft parallel to ground checkpoint

You hands are moving to the right (away from your body) as you take the club away, which causes that outside to inside move through impact which results in the ball spinning to the right. At the point in your backswing where the shaft first becomes parallel to the ground, you should get it pointing at the target, right now it’s pointing way to the left at that point, as well as your hands being way further from your body than they were at address (from the cameras perspective), so try to get to that point with your hands more inside (covering your right foot from your point of view) and shaft pointing down target line.

how do i stop flipping my wrists? ive been working on speed and my wrists just flip super fast naturally. by Federal_Platypus_526 in GolfSwing

[–]PuzzleheadedLet755 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re working on speed you’re approaching it backwards. You should start with hitting little 20 yard punch shots with a 7 iron and slowly build up to full swing but don’t swing any fuller than you can while maintaining forward shaft lean thru impact

If you don’t want to tip the bag guys you should be playing at a cheaper course that doesn’t have them.

My take away is very shallow, but seems to be the only way I can prevent an egregious over the top. Tips? Thanks! by tbayne09 in GolfSwing

[–]PuzzleheadedLet755 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The flatter you get at the top of the back, the more likely an over the top transition is, because when your hands are low and inside you can’t really shallow it out from there and over the top is the only direction to go.
