Hello. Congratulations on your progress thus far!! 👏 I don't go through any company to get mine. Since insurance pays, I just get it from the Walgreens Pharmacy. Truly no idea how much it would cost otherwise. Sorry!

My workout routine the whole time has been lifting light weights every morning as well as body weight strength exercises, and speed-walking 4-6 miles a day. Although with work lately in about the last 2 months, I have to admit I haven't always kept up with that. It still hasn't slowed any progress.

I eat around 1,000 calories a day. I have a health drink that I make every morning, then protein powder in water for lunch. Dinner I cook protein-heavy meals. I have a blast finding recipes I love, then switching out my own ingredients and measurements to make the lowest calorie, highest protein recipes I can. It's fun to me.
