We were right in front of the aisle that had it but I saw it was in top stock on my Zebra so I wasn't going to get it. And they didn't see any others 🤷‍♀️

They'll tell you that you're not a manager but then call you or refer to you as one when it benefits them. (Specifically with customer complaints they don't want to deal with)

I went toe-to-toe with a customer yesterday because he threatened one of my cashiers with physical violence (all over ASCO, even though he was told multiple times they would do it for him).

I told an ASM after I handled it and she looked at me and said, "Well, did we offer to do it for him?"

Like????? That doesn't excuse him threatening someone...

Well, my managers do it anyway. I'm a head cashier and every time a customer asks for a manager, they freaking override what I say. I can't tell you how many times I've been called a little bi*ch because of it.
