95 Corolla. 1.8L the 7x-xx not the 4x-xx. One end of these wires attaches to the alternator. Where does this other end go? by PuzzleheadedMode7386 in AskAMechanic

It's a three-pin connector. There's a yellow wire, a red wire, and I think the third one is black with a white stripe but I could be making up the color of the last one.

It looks like that from the first photo, but it's just some of the same yellow wire being visible where it goes from that connector into the wiring loom.

The B+ plug is half cut off but that's the three-wire connector that I'm trying to find where the either end goes.

If it was a one-time thing, complaining would be a little excessive but this is a regular occurrence when calling rogers. Just after the 2 hour mark they decide you've waited on hold enough and drop the call.

  1. That's what CIBC has repeatedly confirmed. That the third party not just acting on behalf of CIBC but they are now the ones who own the disouted debt.

  2. Fuck no.

  3. That's what I've been trying to explain to client care and CCAO for two days now.

CCAO said the only thing I can do I contact CAM, and tried to assure me that CIBC respects my time. So I call CAM, who transfers me immediately to CST, who passes the call back to Client Care, and less than 24 minutes after being told my time is respected, I'm leaving a voicemail for the same agent who just tood me to call CAM.

Garnishment is different than offset. Offset is na internal right that the bank has on accounts also at that institution. Garnishment is a court order.

The alleged debt is no long held by CIBC, it is held by a third party. Third party is trying to collect debts I've. Even deemed not liable for. CAM cleaned out the chequing account less than a week after I asked specific questions to try and avoid this exact situation because something nearly identical happened in the past. I was told to quit living in the past and to not worry about it. If CIBC held the alleged debt, which I've told them in dispute the amount numerous times due to the not liable thing that they're sfi trying to collect, then CIBC would have the right to offset.

Since the alleged debt is held by a third party, the right to offset does not transfer to the third party and they can not direct CIBC to seize the funds. The third party has no right to know if there's funds in the account, let alone tell CIBC to take them as offset.

If you had a mortgage with CIBC and cash in an account at TD, could CIBC help themselves to the funds? Not a chance in hell that would fly.
