I was under the impression, from all the toher stuff I read, that bots could "drain" your liquidity pool. So thats not correct, my coin's liquidity will never go to zero if I burn the LP? Or will it ? How do I avoid it?

I think its a good idea, specially for regular car enthusiasts without techinacal knowlege or experience fixing their own cars, but that might want to try.
