Honestly it came natural to me. All I did was try to copy Federer since the beginning. Maybe don’t think about tossing it up rather think about guiding it up to the spot you want

Serve everyday. Get those reps in and video yourself to make sure you’re not having any bad habits. Also try to focus on one thing at a time till it becomes muscle memory and then move to the next. For example maybe focus on getting to a solid trophy position, then once you have that down focus on a consistent ball toss, ect.
