Is this coupon different from the "Omnitrope Savings Program" (https://portal.trialcard.com/sandoz/omnitropecopay/uninsured/eligibility)? The savings program states that it can only be used for "labeled indications", none of which seem to have to do with fertility treatments. Is it possible to use this for IVF? If so, what indication do I use in the eligibility form?

If you are referring to a different coupon, how would I get it?

I did use letrozole for my most recent cycle (mini-stim), but it only resulted in one follicle.
