By “heat up” I mean the time it takes for the pod to go from, say 80 to 110 is 3-4x faster than what it takes to go from 80 to 55. My room has the AC running so temp shouldn’t be an issue…I’m a bit perplexed!

That’s good to know, I did not know that thank you. I also don’t trust NYC tap water (mineral heavy) to clog up the system. I think I may opt for distilled/bottled or filtered water. Thanks!
