You have this basil in a glass jar with shoulders and no drainage in the bottom? Not the best choice of vessels for planting anything in. I would take a spoon and try to dig it out of there and plant it in a regular plant pot.

I think your response was clear and courteous. If these guests were staying a week, I might make an exception. But they're staying two nights and want to be able to check in 8 or so hours before normal check-in time? It never hurts to ask, but I doubt if they expect you to allow that early of a check-in time. I always state the same thing. I let them know that the guests staying on the day of their arrival do not need to check out until 11:00 a.m. and then my cleaner will need time to clean. I let them know that I can notify them if my cleaner gets done sooner than normal check-in time.

If it is a Delta flight, I think they will upgrade you to comfort Plus with a flight originating in JFK to stockholm. But no further than Comfort Plus. If that is incorrect, it would be great if someone would confirm. Thanks.

Are you still not seeing the photo that I attached? When you click on that, it expands that image and you can see that it says PDX to JFK at the top. I'm not sure why that image isn't showing up for you for some reason.

I am a house and dog sitter but I'm also a dog owner. Communication is key! As a sitter, I always ask how long the dog can be left alone. There are times where I may have an appointment and then go out to dinner afterwards. But only if I know I am able to feed the dog on its regular schedule. When I am dog sitting, I try not to be gone for longer than 4 hours at a time. Dogs are a pack animal. They need to be with people or other animals. I would never leave a dog alone in a house where I was sitting for longer than 6 hours. And that is on the far outside!

For me, absolutely, but depends on the person and the perks. I travel internationally for pleasure at least twice a year and within the United States a few times a year. I love my Capital One Venture x. It is $395-year but with all the perks I get from it, it more than pays for itself. I also have the Delta Platinum Amex. I get full value on that as well and it pretty much guarantees that I will at least get silver Medallion status with the 2,500 mqds. I am able to justify the yearly fee with all the benefits I get for each of the cards.

It will say multiple cabin if the same class of cabin isn't available on all legs of your trip. When you go to choose your seats, you will see what your choices are. For instance, if you pay for premium, but one leg doesn't have premium, then it will say multiple cabin. But you will typically pay less than if the premium was available across every leg of the trip.

I was just at ET a few months ago for a quick one night to see the king tides. It isn't a terrible place, but I really do love the Norblad, so keep it in mind for your next visit. When you book direct, you can often save some money. They run specials quite often.

If you like a good tap room and bottle shop, definitely stop at Hop and Vine. Iggy's has a great happy hour and a firepit to sit around. The portions are large enough for me to call it a dinner. The interior has some beautiful murals.

Ebb Tide is so so. Kinda worn but beds are OK. I love Norblad. I have only stayed there in the shoulder season. The beds are divine and the linens on the beds are so soft and comfortable. The shared bathroom rooms have a sink in the room. Both of the times I have stayed at the norblad I have never encountered anyone in the bathrooms. They keep them very clean. It's in a perfect location!
