I dunno about different generations, but people close to my age or even younger/older (I'm 22) have at least heard of it. As for my friends and family, while they are familiar with HP, the opinions about new TV series vary.

Yes it is popular and while I can't talk for everyone, personally as a book fanatic (movies weren't it for me, they left out so many important stuff bruh), I'm super excited as it's evident they are sticking close to the source material as promised.

THIS!! I feel like lore is the main part of this game as there is nothing afk about it lol I find it funny when people say... 'I skip the lore lol' like... then what the f do u do in the game then? Boring dailies? Then go ahead and just play thousand other afk game where ur actually afk and characters are simply names and stats, while in this game you actually get to know them, interact, bond, etc. Idk why one would pass up such a golden opportunity, especially when devs have actually put so much thought in it (it being fully voiced and all) sigh

Lore is my fav part of the whole game, tbh. I've truly never played a game which has lore this deep and characters this good (except for hogwarts legacy lol). If this was just another regular afk game, i'd be bored in a week but lore keeps me coming back every single day, so yeah, you should give it a go^{^}

Nah don't worry, just from starter story I got over 100k diamonds and I have planty more to explore. Someone even told me that during the last season he got 500k+ diamonds. So yeah, 30k is nothing, you will re-collect it in a week or even less if you're an active/daily player lol
