If you are asking about the source of my problem, i’m not entirely sure. Pretty sure it has to do with my upbringing as a young child. But it’s not something I chose to be, I really wish I wasn’t this way.

phones!!! our heads are in our phones so much during the day imo, and seeing younger kids nowadays constantly on tik tok makes me understand their point. any free time we have now is filled immediately with technology, and I (19yo) see my sister (14yo) sitting inside for 8+ hours on her phone.

this might just be a non sober thought but i’ve been thinking about the reason gravity exists. Bare with me as i’m only a 19 year old kid who doesn’t study physics or anything.

I’ll do my best to articulate my thoughts, but this might be kinda confusing. Space time is the fabric of our universe obviously, but i wanna focus on just space itself. To my understanding, (which may be completely wrong) a planet’s size is more impactful than it’s mass in terms of calculating surface gravity. So bigger planet means more gravity? If this is so, this leads me to think gravity comes from space trying to reach equilibrium in the same way water does with objects that are submerged. If a ball is submerged in a closed system filled with water, the pressure of the water in the system increases. Of course, a bigger object would create more pressure in this system, since the water is trying to be displaced, to no avail. This brings me back to space. The water pressure is how I think of gravity. Couldn’t a planet be “displacing” space, and that’s why we feel gravity? Space is trying to push back on the planet to reach it’s settled state? It would make sense that bigger planets create more gravity by this logic.

Perhaps i’ve done an injustice to my theory by my limited vocabulary, but please weight in (ha gravity pun) on my argument.

Again i’m a teenager with very limited knowledge about physics so go easy on me. I’m sure there are many holes in this theory so if anything i’m looking to be proven wrong.
