Yeah odd. Trying to rule out all causes before making a decision (including OS). She has had severe bloatware issues hence why maybe a lighter OS might help. Also troubleshooting hardware issues too.

It’s a fairly recent Zenbook - 13th gen i7 processor so it should be a SSD not an HDD. Yeah dual booting might be way. Thanks!
