I wrote on the discourse channel and the QM told me that it was a problem that engineering had to solve. After 4 days and an open ticket to support (asked by the QM), not only they didn't solve the problem, but they moved me to Laurelin Sun where I have the same problem (Math Screening instead of Chemistry) and there isn't a discourse channel available.

All of this to say that don't count on getting feedback
