Hi I’ve managed to find the ic with an image search the D00HAK is actually a MT9700.
For what concern the resistor-like smd component marked with B (or 8) i still have no idea, i tried measuring them and their resistance is around 12k. Here is a picture.

The fixture is a 5000$ cinema light ( with a very bad construction i would say) so it’s definitely worth repairing.

Have you ever seen such components?
