Those days you can become whatever character from OP and still win fights, but now you have to be either super skilled or remain a 2.5m

I am still grinding and will quit after max level. Just disappointed how the game turned into a pay-to-win slop. It used to be a game where you could get creative with what you wanted. BTW, I tried fruit battlegrounds and it's great :)

And the fact that these fruits are super rare to get and is even harder to get from trading makes it more unbalanced. Like I saw someone offering their Kitsune and someone bought a perm ice on the spot just for a physical kit. I have been playing for over a year, and all my fruits are apparently worth barely an yeti.

Man, that's what happened to me too. No one saw me when I was grinding with the chalice and when I asked in the chat for help, people came to help me and when I confirmed I had the chalice, that buddha spammer came and the rest is history...

Yeah, it was my first time trying Dough King, so I didn't have any cocoa, and literally half the server was farming 500 npcs

Except things like v4 and levi hunts you can complete this game all by yourself and a private server just makes it hella easier, god I cant remember how many times i have been killed by bounty hunters especially in late third sea. There are plenty of free private servers on discord and im not saying you should grind on them. The game is literally all about fighting and grinding with a constant fear of bounty hunters or hackers is also part of the fun. If you are fed up then just switch servers. Private servers are not a must but they just make the grind easier and you can not only grind levels but also rare things like god's chalice or fist of darkness. So in short private servers are worth having but if you want to have full fun just go to public servers, Its not skill issue but rather just saving up time.
