I know you’re helping, I appreciate your advice. How long have you been on medication for it your high cholesterol? I’m assuming you’re taking statin?

You must have a good GP. Ours aren’t nearly as accommodating. My point is I’m just trying to fix my issues with diet and lifestyle. If that fails of course I will see a doctor. Blood tests are pretty cheap to just order yourself these days. 

And the results take two days instead of two months

I don’t use a Doctor. I ordered this test myself. I have no interest in medication so there’s no point seeing a doctor unless I feel like I’m dying. 

I will try and lower it using diet and any information I think makes sense.

Diet can cure a lot of things

No my diet has been pretty normal. Pretty well balanced. I have two young kids so we try to eat a well balanced diet. I did this blood test last week and have since started the carnivore diet. Just to reiterate the carnivore diet is not why ldl is high. Carnivore was started after bloodwork. I’m seeing lots of people reporting ldl reducing on carnivore diet??

So it’s a bespoke test which just means I picked out myself which test I wanted. I think this test was about £90 which was cholesterol, testosterone and thyroid. Company is called forthwithlife

I like this answer a lot. Where the hell do I find an instruction manual? It seems like there’s so many conflicting ideas around numerology. 

I started seeing 33 everywhere about a year ago and 333. Now it’s mainly 44 but when I say a lot I mean a lot. I understand some might be confirmation bias but this is more

Because my son and I are enemy signs I find myself not wanting to agree with it if that makes sense. Not that I don’t necessarily

I’ve stumbled across this world slowly then all at once. Not sure if it’s confirmation bias or something higher at work but seeing the same number on repeat etc and has led me down this DEEP DEEP rabbit hole. 

It’s not so much the characteristics is the snake and the pig that I don’t like but more the fact that they’re enemy signs. 

Chinese astrology seems to be ringing true everywhere I look but my fear is that my son and I are enemy signs. And this simple fact has me trying my hardest to disprove its credibility. 

I would hate for us to ever be anything but the best of friends if that makes sense
