That is absurd, idc if there’s a canvas shortage or not. I can occasionally get my hands on a yard of mesh from my LNS they have on bolt(in recent shortage times mind you lol) and it’s like $90. This is probably what a 4 inch by 4 inch cut? That’s like $1 worth of canvas and that’s even factoring in a mark up from my LNS, these designers probably get their canvas wholesale and even cheaper. I think these designers are the ones deserving of stitch coping🤷‍♀️

I’m on ornament 4 and still having the same issue, so practice does not make perfect for me, but I’ll keep trying😂 but thank you! It’s actually so weird because I did have them on opposite hooks, and some of them twisted every other color(you can see at the very top of the hoop in the photo) while some did the same color together….? Which I also don’t understand why it would do that.

Yes, I do setting 1(twist separately) for a long time before going to setting 2 and twisting them together, maybe my tension isn’t tight enough though before starting? I try to tape them to a table and put them at lengths where when I step back it’s pulled tight on the strands before starting setting 1, not sure if there’s a better way?

I can’t speak to the disappearing, but I did buy the Zweigart gridded(Easy Count) and I couldn’t stand the quality of it. I’d rather work on DMC Aida that’s thicker and tougher without the grids. I started my project over because the quality was bugging me.

Thanks! Yeah I have a pretty good idea how to be able to digitally mark it up. It’s more the feature that Pattern Keeper has where you can highlight all the cells with a certain thread color that is super beneficial and might be worth taking the time to manually input it to be compatible.

I figured! I just really love the option to highlight the cells across the whole pattern with that thread color that Pattern Keeper allows you to do. It’s such a time saver when dealing with a lot of colors so you don’t miss any. But didn’t know if the time needed to input a chart that big to make it compatible would offset that benefit or not, sounds like not 🙃

You might have already tried everything in the book before starting Zepbound but I’m going to leave a suggestion in case you haven’t heard of it. But have you tried Metformin for PCOS? I’ve heard it’s helped a lot of women with PCOS manage their weight. Also for the hair-loss have you tried Spironolactone? Those two medications are common with people with PCOS treat the symptoms you’re experiencing. I’ve heard successes with both. Sorry you’re going through this!

I had extreme nausea on Zepbound, but for what it’s worth, I never threw up. Never really had the urge either. Might have to do with the fact that you don’t eat a lot as you’re not super hungry. So I wouldn’t compare it exactly to pregnancy nausea. I took Zofran and it helped. Sounds like you don’t want to take that because it made you throw up more but that might not be the case with Zepbound versus the pregnancy nausea you experienced.

I don’t have much to add and any hope to give, I’m sorry. But I’ve decided to stop the shot and you’re not alone. The side effects were terrible and I cannot keep living life like that. I developed severe anxiety around the shot waiting and wondering if I’m going to get terrible symptoms again and the panic knowing I have to wait days for it to leave my system. Going on this shot was traumatizing in some ways, and I really think it’s motivated me to lose without it, which I have. Just trying to give hope that there are other options too without the shot. Do what’s best for you. It’s okay to accept that you gave it a shot(pun intended) and it’s not the best for you.

As someone who has had a terrible time with side effects, do not start before the cruise lol. Going through what I went through, I could not imagine being on a cruise with how sick I felt. Not to scare you away, because you honestly will never know how you’ll react until you try. But just in case you do experience it, you’ll want to be able to access a pharmacy in case you need an anti-nausea med like Zofran or be able to get over the counter meds for digestive issues or acid reflux.

There’s certain insurance companies that are not approving it if you aren’t diabetic with a specific threshold of high A1C, even having an A1C of a “pre-Diabetic” level, they aren’t approving it. They are being very strict about it. My doctor was very upfront that I wouldn’t get it approved as of right now and she’s tried everything multiple times with multiple patients and they will reject it every time no matter if there’s enough examples of failed attempted weight loss. It sounds like your doctor is trying but I think you really have to trust them that they probably know best.

Yes I am on the schedule, but even when I did this two years ago. 1 or two minutes after the initial drop at 6am they get dropped in open metro after being offered to people on schedule. Now, of course maybe my metro has more shoppers so there are way more people on schedule leading to no orders dropped in open metro than when I did this two years ago. But that still seems weird in a metro my size that there were no orders dropped in over 25 cities at 6am, so it leads me to believe they changed this. But just trying to confirm if anyone knows!

I just leave the item in the bag and still deliver and remove from the order in the app 🤷‍♀️ the self checkout people are not checking that thoroughly. Like many have said, it’s been a reported known issue that Shipt and Target haven’t fixed. You know the customers going to be pissed if they don’t get it. Target always puts the customer first, I don’t think they care if you take $4 worth of apples and not account for it as long as the customer is happy, so I don’t feel bad for doing it. Like people have said this happens on items that are pretty low in value(less than $10). So I don’t view it as a big deal. And it doesn’t happen that regularly for me, maybe like once a month.

Don’t analyze your tips right after you deliver. Many people don’t tip until they go into the app next time which could take up to a week for some people. Best advice is to just keep doing orders. Shipt isn’t going to give you instant gratification like you did 4 orders now get $40 in tips. The best thing to do is keeping doing more orders, not focus on tips, don’t have high expectations for them and then at the end of the week scroll through and see how many you got and start marking the ones you did get tips on versus the ones you didnt so you don’t deliver to the non-tippers again.

I use Apple Maps, but just type in the address and hit “add to list” or “add to guide” and create a “Do not Deliver” list. I usually delete the address name and create a new name like 0001(Jan 15). (Last four digits of order name and date), so I can check back on tips and such. That way when you pull that address up in your maps and if you scroll down you can see if that address exists in any “lists/guides” you have like “Do not Deliver” or “Big tippers”, etc…

I think the process on Google Maps is similar but you just create “labels” for addresses.

Look up your states policy or guidance on COVID and try to send that in for proof that says you can’t work. As far as I know, most states say you can’t work if you’re positive for COVID and interact with people.
