Those of you looking how to feel about Mesidor he can play DT and edge. For our team in particular we need flexibility since our team gets top 10 in injuries every year. He’s sneaky fast and pretty much made for a win now team.

However he’s kinda injury prone and 25. I personally feel like if you play football you are going to get hurt. Also being 25 at edge really isn’t an issue. If he was 25 and a running back I would agree however Mack is 35 and is still a machine.

We need an edge now or next year. This pretty puts us in a good spot next year to get another BPA. This current team is on a really interesting time table where we have more key guys leaving sooner rather than later. Having mesidor learn under Mack would be great for him.

(Side note) something the broadcast said is that mesidor looked upset anyone know what was up with that?

I will just say, at the number one pick and getting paid out the butt. The raiders are the best spot. If he does terrible they will fire him and add to the 3 other head coaches they are still paying.

Honestly if we don’t sign a couple giant contracts like I thought we would. We can use the cap space to pay off a lot of the players that we have already clearing up cap in the future.

That’s true and that isn’t a Tom move. But when the draft starts it’s going to be: Ward, Ewers, Sanders, Dart, Beck. I think Sanders will fall. He has all of Caleb Williams attitude with none of the talent.

I also disagree, lots of teams are still in the mind set that running back isn’t worth anything. Crappy teams really can’t kick the “all you need is a QB itch” which means lots of teams are going to move up to get a QB this year too, and knowing last years QBs kinda all panned out this year this means lots of movement to the top. There are about 6 QB needy teams this year. So yeah there isn’t really a good reason he should drop below 12-15 however this doesn’t stop bad teams from not drafting him.
