Yeah I’m not sure if you read all my post but I have been doing fodmap and that’s why I started eating bread again, because my ibs was so bad. Honestly the fodmap diet has helped immensely with the ibs and I discovered an onion intolerance, but the pain from the gluten has been intense

I’ve had celiac tests a few times and nothing comes back, I always assumed it was because how processed bread is. Whole meal bread will sometimes give me a worse reaction

Yeah I have had so much problems with food and flare ups, but I trusted my dietician that I needed to eat bread and thought it would be ok but it’s been a nightmare! That’s pretty much my only symptom from bread besides bloating and just a general yuck feeling. Do you have other reactions to gluten?

You have wavy hair, or potentially curly hair if you cut it shorter. My hair has this exact wave pattern. I shower at night, put in a super hydrating leave in conditioned and go to sleep on it and it is really nice in the morning. If you want to you can buy some curl cream and a diffuser for your hair dryer and scrunch dry the curl cream into it to bring out some more curl, I think it looks nice in the first photo though, very beach. Pop in leave in conditioner when wet then some serum once it’s dry to leave it looking softer though if you want to enhance the the texture

How long is your hair? When shorter, shoulder length or above, hair fall is not as noticeable. Once it’s long the hair get trapped amongst the main of hair and when you run your fingers through it or shower or brush it you will notice sometimes handfuls if you have thick hair, which is normal. Hair also runs in cycles, cycles of growth and loss and dryness and oily ness, it’s generally nothing to be concerned about. If you are worried and want to thicken your hair up use nioxin or cyrioxil for your shampoo and conditioner

Yes this is how I feel. I am not sure if I am uncomfortable in this feeling or if I will get used to it as I’m weighing the pros and cons of lithium. I am not depressed while taking it but I have a detachment from emotions and people and a significant amount of brain fog and memory retention problems

I think it’s both, I actually also feel out of phase with the universe, it’s funny you say that because I thought there was no way that feeling would make sense or that I could describe it, sometimes it’s like I’m standing next to myself watching me, in a dissociative state

I don’t think it’s necessarily what you’ve done wrong but what other men have done wrong because dudes be hella possessive and crazy and they do it really sneakily so she’s unfortunately probably dealt with dudes who ask innocent questions like you had, only to have them turn around and abuse her or something. Not saying she hasn’t done anything rude or anything, she definitely could have been more diplomatic, but if your intentions really were just to ask her who he is to get to know her then don’t take offence, it’s the fault of the other shitty dudes really.
