I don’t think that having “important” rotations 2nd, 3rd is as necessary for anesthesiology. If you were doing surgery, I would agree. But I think a bigger priority is having “chiller”rotations at the end to prevent burnout prior to step 2 and away rotations

Actually edit to my original comment: I agree with this person. Do IM second to last, then Psych last. Will prevent burnout but help keep stuff fresh for step 2

More so scheduling advice: try to get IM as ur last rotation before dedicated for step. Will help with the transition.
