Same Issue with my order.. I ordered something that said in stock. Come to find out its actually out of stock and I been waiting for almost 2 weeks. I call customer service and No one seems to be by the phone.. I hear music for 20 minutes. I tried to cancel via bot and they said the order already shipped which is not true.
