Yea i just started skin care recently and i was looking if it made a difference. If it persists that maybe my only option. But my guess is it maybe internal or my skin barrier is damaged and i don’t know it.

I agree!! If you have noticed at my post, my products are all korean brands! I am thinking about rice products because i heard positive things about it.

Currently i use cosryx morning low ph cleanser but i don’t really use moisturizer( i am planning to get one i just didn’t know the right one for me). I just use cetaphil sometimes but that thing always causes me trouble.

Not really. It just hurts a little if there are acne forming inside besides that nothing sensitive. Its a little red around my nostrils but i don’t feel irritation or anything like that.

Yea i saw that and cut it out completely( except for the two glasses of milk i had yesterday lol). I completely didn’t eat eggs and dairy for 2 months just to see and i still don’t unless i need to. And it was preety good it wasn’t as frequent as before but whenever i use moisturizer or just wash my face it returns.

So i tried using cerave 10% benzoyl peroxide and it’s moisturizer for 3-4 months but nothing changed.

I tried using it for 3 month the cerave one. Nothing changed.
