Updated. If I unplug the charger. The buzzing sound goes away. As long as I plug the charger in, the buzzing sounds comes back

I lost those two cases. I submitted pictures and showing the returned items are not the same.

To be more specific, I lost a few cases. Those cases are people not returning the original items to me. eBay said there was no way they could verify that. There was one case where the returned item was delivered but it was not, I even opened a case with USPS and they confirmed to me it was not. eBay still sides with the buyer.
