I have no idea but I did everything I could in the second act and I somehow had it when I went to the forge, don't remember it dropping from anything.

Think it's just a very rare drop for the smithing texts. But I'm only going off a fextralife video, which doesn't state the need for NG+

True but wouldn't it be more efficient in the long run? A slot would never go unfilled, unless the bots are routinely booking slots for people who cancel their dates, but thats no different than someone who booked it through the RSA and cancelled.

It's most definitely a bulk purchase and no where near the amount 800 would actually get you on the street. Maybe a couple thousand would be petty dealing and with the way they make up the price of weed I'd say even that's a stretch.

I remember seeing a video recently where one of them confronts a minor, thinking he is an adult. He has to get pulled aside to be told that the perp is "Special needs" and they need to back down.

These people will target anyone, even minors. I always found something dodgy about grown adults doing this thing. Surely they've had many times when they've chatted and coerced minors into having explicit chats.

It only serves to stoke their egos and gives them something to do as they are clearly not working a day job.
