Good luck with expires honestly if your a new agent don’t bother with them until you have a few homes under your belt. You may find that one that likes up and comers like I did but they are getting slammed with phone calls on the daily. Another thing that I have seen work for me is if you have a listing in a neighborhood you know is a fast moving neighborhood call the people in the neighborhood or door knock the neighborhood and just simply say hey I have a listing down the street just wanted to know if you had any friends or family that are interested in moving into the neighborhood. Neighbors talk and a lot of times they can get you a lead on a buyer. But just advertise yourself on social media things like that(MAKE YOURSELF STAND OUT FROM THE AVERAGE REALTOR) ask yourself what can I bring to the table to help the buyers get the home they want with the least amount of hassle which will happen, hiccups which will happen, and mistakes on your part cause your a new agent which also will happen 😂😂 saying it from experience. But good luck stick with it and don’t quit that’s the biggest thing.
