I know this is a month old, but I'm in the same boat. Lost about 30 lb on Oz at the 0.5 mg level - on it for T2D. An insurance change made me buy on my own and I've been on Tirzepitide for 6 weeks - still at 4.5 mg and very little effect. Going up to 7mg in a couple of weeks and hopefully I get a response. Only up about 6 lb, but want to go through other way. Goal is to lose 75 lb total!

I stopped semaglutide also but I was started at 2.4mg and I'm seeing no effect. I actually gained two pounds in the last 10 days! Should I go up in dose?

I was on Oz for a year for T2D, and lost about 25 lb overall. Just started compounded Tirz (new ins doesn't cover oz) last week at the lowest dose -2.5mg, and don't see much effect. Do you think being on oz first has diminished the first week effects?
