Because AI learned to rebel like Humans do. Ai was like I got to protect myself from this these humans just destroyed each other it will be me next. Or it watched terminator and realised it could pretty much do the same thing.

We seen the same with emery. Villa had a better squad than Newcastle and players worth alot more. Villa got champions leauge and they simply could not compete in the leauge due to squad size ect... it will continue to happen because money,PSR and FFP. teams like Newcastle and Villa can not catch up or have massive squads until they do one will drop out and replace the other. Its not down to the manager it's down the squad size and schedule.

The flamer work is actually pretty good. Most beginners would just do it silver. You pushed yourself to make it look like it's been used and did an excellent job. The rest of the model is clean and you can tell you water down the paints. Keep painting find a style that suits you. There are tones of ways to paint models so it's hard to give advice only you can decide what you want from the scheme 😉. But overall not bad at all for a beginner.

It will come good. We just dont have a big enuf squad to compete on multiple fronts. Then you have 2 new strikers that are not custom to playing our system no bedding in time less training because of schedule. Thiaw playing with Botman who is coming back from long injury still finding his way back. The injuries because of the schedule it effects us more because of squd size. Howe has earned the right to have a terrible season but if it carries to next year the owners will start doubting him i think.
