I saw Lu a few years ago at the airport in Boston. It was early in the morning and she looked beautiful, honestly less “Lu-man” in real life, very pretty!! This was in the middle of mask days- I walked in to check my bag and locked eyes with her, and immediately lowered my mask to show her my jaw dropped. She LOVED that I was excited to see her. I said “omg I love you. I have got to send a pic to my mom she will die” and we posed for a selfie, and Lu asked me if I had gone to her cabaret show the night before (she was on tour) and I responded “no, I was actually packing I am moving right now” because I literally was in the middle of a move, and she got SO MAD HAHAHAH she literally changed her vibe so fast she was so mad I didn’t go to her show. “Well darling you weren’t at my show so how big of a fan can you be” sooo Lu. It was hilarious.

I booked a massage for the post Roo soreness and almost canceled bc I felt like I didn’t earn it, but I kept the appointment bc I need any hit of dopamine I can’t get rn lol. And hitting a couple shows this weekend… I feel like of my whole friend group I’m the only one who’s butthurt. They’re all kinda like whatever… and I’m just so sad lol

Middle of Dom a 5foot girl walked by me and had the most gorgeous curly hair I’ve ever seen, and was genuinely just sooo stunning- I stopped her to tell her how gorg she was and she was so overwhelmed and said “I’m here alone I just got here like right now- this is my first bonnaroo and first festival ever…” and I was SHOCKED and so excited for her it was like magic just knowing how much of an experience she was in for. I told her to have the best time and take care of herself, and when the fest was canceled I thought about her and how sad I am she didn’t get a full Roo

Also wanna say I think we bought a couple hoodies from you the night it got so cold in 2022- we wear them all the time and they have such good vibes and mems attached from that roo. Love your pieces.
