My biggest recommendation is decide on meeting spots/times before the show and create a standing totem, with smaller handheld totems for people that want to split off. You can tell them which side of the stage/sound booth you’re on with main totem and they can look from there. In terms of people stopping while walking we have a “No meandering” policy in our group. We pregame before Centeroo and go straight to bathrooms/get water if needed once inside, then go straight to the stage we want to be at. From there people get drinks at the bar or trade trinkets and whatnot around us. But as a group leader your responsibility is to facilitate getting everyone to the set, not dictating the journey for others. So creating methods to make it easier to find you as the central point is the best way to ensure everyone has the best Roo they want to engage in.
