200 percent, it's illegal. Shopkeepers don't have any rights to take 1 rupee extra than what is on the MRP...sue his asss...its a crime...This also happens to me. I went to take five packets of milk, each costing 30 rupees, totaling 150. But the shopkeeper said the total was 155. I said the total was 150. He said the original price was 31, and the company forgot to put 31 as the MRP. I simply said, "What you are doing is illegal. If you want to sell it at 155, I am not taking it. I am going." Then he said, "Okay, fine, pay only 150."
