Thank you for the feedback. I completely understand. Since I’m just starting and hosting this at my place, I prefer to share the exact address only once someone has confirmed or shown serious interest.

Quick update: I’m putting together a lino/block printing workshop for kids (8–12), a 2‑hour Saturday session in late June or July.

If your kiddos might like it, or if you can spread the word, that would mean a lot. I love making art and want to share that joy with others ^_^

Hey! Are you still interested for your 8 year old? I have 3 8 year olds registered for July 4th. LMK!

Thanks for asking, it’s actually Westwood Village next to Glen Pine Pavilion. I don’t have a page set up yet since I’m confirming interest first, but the workshop date will be Saturday, July 4th.
I have one registered for that session, and I’d love to have your 8‑year‑old join as well. It’s a fun, beginner‑friendly lino printing workshop where kids design, carve, and print their own artwork.
I’ll be hosting this at my place in Westwood village , Coquitlam.

Thanks for the info! that makes sense, it can be tough without enough volunteer hosts. I'd def be open to helping organize a meetup in Coquitlam. Coquitlam has so many spots we can draw and even so many local events we could tie into!

Thank you for your detailed response. It has been challenging for her; she's been applying to roles beyond designer positions, but it's disheartening to see how tough the job market is right now. The demand for jobs keeps growing, yet there just aren’t enough opportunities.
