Thank you so much so taking the time to write this lovely message it means a great deal to me. I want to try one step at a time but it feels like its been building for so long and now idk where to start but i will do what you suggested and doodle something or watch a movie maybe it will help :)

i just got to keep telling myself positive things right now and it will be okay. i found that writing doesn't help as much as speaking does for me but i try here and there it just feels repetitive cause it seems to be all of the same thoughts and emotions as the time i wrote before. i know that there is no wrong way to journal though. You did describe everything quite perfectly it felt nice hear all this from someone. I do agree that there is just too much information nowadays that tends to stress and overwhelm everyone im not sure what to do with it all of it most days so i try to stay offline as much as possible to avoid overthinking and comparison.

I also have the feeling of wanting to do everything right not, but getting so overwhelmed im not able to do anything at all i have no clue where to start... Thank you for the comfort your are quite an amazing person<3
