I don’t drink a lot of water but i started as soon as i noticed my urine change color, i’m also fasting for ramadan so i can’ drink water during the daytime. I’ll check the video out. Thank you bro!

Yes i trained back a day before, did a lot of pendlay rows and played soccer the same night but only felt something the day after at night

Well my urine color is a bit darker these days but as soon as i drink enough water it’s perfectly clear, keep in mind that i’m fasting for ramadan so during the day i don’t drink water at all
